Pakistani Cleric:

Anti-Islam Film Has Increases Muslims’ Hatred toward US, Zionist Regime

Navideshahed: Pakistani religious leader on Monday strongly condemned airing of a US made anti-Islam film and said that the shameful act has increased hatred of Muslims against US and Zionist regime.

The Vice President of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan called upon the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to come up with a strong voice against the blasphemous film.

“The OIC should reflect the sentiments of Muslims which were hurt by the sacrilegious movie,”? he said.

The JUI leader expressing his views said that US policy makers are pursuing a strategy of hurting the religious feelings of Muslims. “They want to engulf the world in a new war by maligning the personality of Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH),”? he warned.

Former Senator said that the US could not shun the responsibility for this ‘unforgivable’ measure under the pretext of defending the freedom of speech.

The religious leader went on to say that Americans want to weaken Muslim Ummah by targeting their religious beliefs. He said it is unfortunate that Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has not uttered a single word against the defamatory movie.

Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan said that no doubt Muslims around the world are in a state of shock against the anti-Islam film but their governments have become silent spectators to the defamatory act. “They should represent the sentiments of their people,”? he said.

The JUI leader was of the view that Muslims should decide about the future of their leaders which are forwarding western agendas. “We do not need those leaders which are failed to protect the rights of Muslims,”? he added.

To a question he said that airing of anti-Islam film has increased hatred among Muslims against US and Zionist regime.

Answering another query Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan said that Iran being chairman of Non Aligned Movement can play a vital role for defending the rights of Muslims.

“Iran is a country that can reflect sentiments of Muslims effectively at international arena,”? he believed.
