Afghan Students Protest Anti-Islam Film, Cartoons

Navideshahed: Afghan university students have held protest rallies in the capital Kabul against an anti-Islam film produced in the United States and a French magazine’s recent publication of cartoons insulting Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Over the past week, hundreds of students mostly from Kabul University have cancelled classes and poured into the streets in Kabul to protest against the film that has sparked deadly riots in the world.

Thousands of protesters took to streets in western Kabul on Friday to express their outrage against the recent anti-Islam moves.
