Global Peace Day to Be Commemorated in Tehran Peace Museum

The Director of the International Affairs of Tehran Peace Museum in an interview with the reporter of Navideshahed announced this news and he declared: “This ceremony will be held on September 21, 2012 from 17:00 to 18:30 by presence of chemically injured patients, some of the university students and delegates of some of the international organizations.”?

Dr. Shahriar Khateri added: “During the ceremony, many of the children and teenagers will be present and they will take part in the painting match titled ‘Art for Peace’ which will be held by the United Nations and they will receive the honorary certificates and statues as well.”?

It should be noted that on September 21, according to the resolution of the General Assembly of United Nations is considered as the International Day of Peace and on this day some programs and ceremonies are held all around the world in order to remember and commemorate this day.
