Memories of Tribes' Basiji Fighters Published
Navideshahed: ‘The Soldiers of the Last Impeccable Imam’ based on a narration of the activities of Dezful Tribe Baij Center during the years of the Imposed War against Iran was released. The book is penned by Mahouchehr Mehdi Pour and released by Niloofaran Publication.
According to Navideshahed quoting IBNA, Mahouchehr Mehdi Pour declared: “The book ‘The Soldiers of the Last Impeccable Imam’ is a multi-volume series book which its first volume is regarding the memories of Dezful Tribe Basij Center as the only dependent center during four years of the Iran-Iraq war and the main activities of this group have taken place in the areas of Karkheh and Shoosh located in south of Iran.”?
He continued: “In order to write this series book, I totally did interviews with 400 of the war veterans who served in the Tribe Basij and its result was extracting 300 memories which the first volume of the book ‘The Soldiers of the Last Impeccable Imam’ consists of 50 memories.”?
Mehdi Pour added: “There are many interesting and marvelous subjects in these memories and the events of the beginning of the war according to the military power of self forces against the enemy until Ramadan military operation have been discussed. The most important issue regarding the tribes is their life under the heavy fires of cannons and artilleries of enemy and also they join the war veterans which in this book the intellectual dimensions and the bitter and sweet events are the most significant issues.”?
He regarding selection of the title of ‘The Soldiers of the Last Impeccable Imam’ for this book said: “Many of the tribe war veterans believe that their Jihad during the eight year war has taken place for the appearance of the Imam of the time (AS) and due to this issue I chose the title ‘The Soldiers of the Last Impeccable Imam’.”?
‘The Soldiers of the Last Impeccable Imam’ will be released in 128 pages and 2000 copies soon by Niloofaran Publication.
