Martyr Seyed Mojtaba Alamdar Memories Appears in Tehran Book Fair

Navideshahed: The Memories of Seyed Mojtaba Alamdar, the Deputy Commander of Moslim-ibn-Aghil Battalion, Karbela 25 Division, appears first in Tehran 25th International Book Fair under the title of "Alamdar" (meaning flag bearer).

According to Hayat News Agency, the book ‘Alamdar’ consists of biography and memories of encourager of Ahl Beit, martyr Seyed Mojtaba Alamdar, the deputy of the battalion Moslem Ebn Aghil, Army 25 of Karbala; the book has been complied by the cultural group of martyr Ebrahim Hadi and it is presented in the Tehran 25th International Book Fair for the first time.

The book ‘Alamdar’ consists of more than 70 memories regarding Mojtaba Alamdar one of the outstanding martyrs of Mazandaran province.

Martyr Seyed Mojtaba Alamdar was born in 1963 in Mazandaran province. He was dispatched to the battlefields of Iran-Iraq war through Basij in 1983 and after awhile he was appointed as the commander of the military group ‘Salman’, Moselm battalion, Army 25 of Karbala. He was exposed to chemical weapons in 1985 due to the deployment of chemical weapons by the Iraqi Baathist forces and eventually he was martyred in 1996 after many years tolerating the pains resulted from chemical weapons.
