As a Bahraini Youth Gets Killed before "Formula Blood" Competitions:

Bahrainis' Anti-Regime Protests Embark on New Stage

Navideshahed: As we get closer to the time of holding the Formula One matches in Bahrain and the martyrdom of another Bahraini martyr, the people of this country have intensified their protests and oppositions for holding these matches in their country.

According to Fars News Agency quoting Al-Jazeera, as we get closer to the time of holding the matches of Formula One in Bahrain and the struggles of this country to get out from the pressure of global public opinion through these matches, the people of Bahrain wrapped their faces with masks and they attended the protests in order to show their criticism against government’s suppression of peaceful demonstrations.

These protests were intensified when a Bahraini guy was martyred by the hand of the security forces of Al Khalifa as he had attended the peaceful protests. The Bahraini guy had passed away as a result of critical and intensity of blows and beatings by the ruling security forces.

Tariq Hussein, the chief of Bahrain Public Security pointed out to this issue that the body of this Bahraini guy had been found in one of the gardens of Bahrain, he claimed that the investigations regarding the murder details have been started. Of course he attempted to put the responsibility of this killing away from the shoulders of security forces and regarding this issue said: “We must do more investigations in this field and we must not mention declarations which are not beneficial for the public advantage.”?

The yesterday conflicts also led to the fighting between the relatives of the killed guy and the security forces. Also police used tear gas in order to disperse the protestors and rebels.

It is expected that handing over the body of this martyr to his family on the threshold of holding the Formula One Matches to lead to raising a huge demonstration against the government in this country and to endanger the atmosphere against the claim of Al Khalifa claims which say there is security and no protests in this country for holding these matches.

On the other hand, the protests in Bahrain as a sign of opposition for holding these matches in Bahrain is still being continued and yesterday tens of thousands of people came to the streets and they chanted mottos for democratic amendments in this country. They also accused the attendees of this matches the same as the Bahraini police in suppressing the people.

Nabil Rajab, the legal activist in this field emphasized that the government aims to hold these matches in order to improve its situation.”?
