Navideshahed: A number of Sunni scholars rebuked the Head of the Lawyers Union in Saudi Arabia for insulting Shiites.

A number of Sunni scholars rebuked head of the Lawyers Union in Saudi Arabia, Sultan bin Zahem for insulting to Shia people.

A group of Sunni scholars in a letter to the King of Saudi Arabia called for the castigation of Sultan bin Zahem for insulting Shia people and asked for the removal him of his position.

Sultan bin Zahem recently in the internet insulted Shia people with an obvious vulgar language.

The Sunni group underlined in the statement that such act had been done for making division among Muslims and helping the enemies of Islam to reach their malignant aims.

“These groups who are after making division among Muslims think that they can be famous by perpetrating such pathetic acts,”? the statement read.

Considering such event, Saudi Shia scholar, Seyyed Hasan Al Namr appreciated such reaction from Sunni parts.

He underlined,”? this group with such reaction corroborated their abidance toward Islamic rules and code of ethics.”?
