5 Holy Defense Martyrs to Return Home
Navideshahed: According to the Head of the Operational Command in the Armed Forces General Staff's Committee for Searching the Missing in Action, the corpses of 20 Iraqi soldiers will be exchanged at Shalamche border for the corpses of 5 Iranian soldiers (Holy Defense martyrs).
"The corpses of 5 Holy Defense martyrs were found in mid March in the third round of joint searching for Iranian martyrs' corpses in the Iraqi soil," said Colonel Hussein Eshghi, the Head of the Operational Command in the Armed Forces General Staff's Committee for Searching the Missing in Action.
"The corpses of 20 Iraqi soldiers found in our soil will be exchanged for the corpses of our 5 martyrs on April 4, 2012, 11 a.m. at Shalamche border station," he added.
