Oldest Holy Defense Fighter Joins Passed Comrades

According to Navideshahed quoting IRNA, Haj Rajab Ali Islami, the oldest Holy Defense fighter, died Monday's evening on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Reza at the age of 80 in Shahrekord's Kashani Hospital due to old age.

Eslami was one of the members of the Islamic Revolutionary Corps of Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiyari Province. During the Holy Defense in addition of the post of authority of Supportive Staff of War in Farsan city, he was present in the battlefields for 70 months and he took part in different military operations including Fathol Mobin, Beitol Moghadas, Tariq Al-Qods, Muharam, Ramedan, Kheibar, Badr, Valfajr Moghadamati, Valfajr 1, Valfajr 4, Valfajr 8 and Valfjar 10.
He was an authority of a military group and company in the Armies of Najaf Ashraf and Ghamar Bani Hashem.

According to the announcement of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps of Farsan city, the pure body of this old war veteran of the Holy Defense will be escorted on Tuesday morning at 9:30 in front of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps Headquarters of Farsan city and then it will be buried in the public cemetery of this city too.
