Martyr Ahmadi Roshan's Family to be Honored in Fajr Film Festival

Navideshahed: Cinema and Islamic Awakening Conference attendees will honor Martyr Ahmadi Roshan's family in 30th International Fajr Film Festival

According to Navideshahed quoting the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), during the sideline of opening ceremony of Islamic Awakening and Cinema Conference, the family of martyr Mustafa Ahmadi Roshan, the nuclear scientist of Iran will be appreciated.

The Islamic Awakening Conference will be held on Saturday, February 04, 2012 at the same time of 30th Fajr International Film Festival. The conference will be held at the hall of Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting.

At this ceremony, the present guests, managers and authorities will glorify the sacrifices of martyr Ahmadi Roshan and they will condemn the terrorists’ attacks of the Zionist regime and the world terrorist. Also they will convey the innocence message of Iran in this field as well.

Mustafa Ahmadi Roshan was the Business Deputy of Natanz Nuclear Site. When he got out from his house he was martyred by a bomb that had been attached to a motorcycle in the street of Gol Nabi Akram close to Ketabi Square. He was a graduated person as a master degree in the field of Chemical Engineering from Shairf Industrial University. The assassination of this nuclear scientist took place at the same time of martyrdom of another professor of Physics ‘Martyr Ali Mohammadi’.


The Oscar Representative of Canada during 30th Fajr International Film Festival

The film ‘Mr. Lazar’produced by Fillip Falardo is one of the films which will be played at the festival section of festivals during the 30th Fajr International Film Festival.

‘Mr. Lazar’ was directed by Fillip Falardo from Canada, the representative of this country in the Oscar section was the best foreign film which has been added to the short initial list Oscar candidates.

This French-language film is the story of Bashir Lazar, an Algerian refugee living in Montreal, Canada. After the death of the sixth class, he would be replaced instead of him.

Iran’s 30th Fajr International Film Festival will be held from February 1 to 11, 2012 in the capital city of Tehran.
