After that he was dispatched to war and became the deputy commander of Mohsen Vazvaei in Bazi Deraz Operations during which he also lost one of his arms. Before Fatholmobin Operations, he was dispatched to 27 Mohammad Rasoulollah Brigade to act as the deputy commander of Habibenemazaher Battalion.

After the end of Beytolmoghadas Operations, he was dispatched to Lebanon with Mohammad Rasoulollah Brigade forces. After returning from Lebanon, he became the commander of Seyedoshohada 10th Brigade, and took part in Valfajr 1 Operations with the aforementioned brigade during which he was once again injured.

Alireza Movahed Danesh, being the commander of Seyedoshohada 10th Brigade, finally became a martyr on 4 August, 1986 in Valfarj 2 Operations in Haj Omran region.
