Memories of a Writer about Bosnia War

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Second edition of the Book “Will You Come to Bosnia with ME? Return of Edita to the Home Land”? was published in new form and covering by “Soureh Mehr”? Publication. This book has been written by Karin Costrer and Edita De Gallige. The book has been translated by Ms Sedigheh Vojdani.

According to the reporter of Navideshahed; as for translation of the book, Ms Soudabeh Salem said: “I became familiar with this book and another book under the title of “Home Land is Not a Land”? several years ago when I had taken a trip to Austria to attend a scientific conference. Since there were similarities between the memories narrated in these books and the memories of the sacred defense in Iran and also considering the fact that our people had the experience of war as the people of Bosnia had, I decided to translate these two books.”?
She further added: “Both of the two books of “Will You Come to Bosnia with Me?”? and “Home Land Is Not a Land”? are real memories of Edita De Galige, a 19 - year old girl who closely witnessed events of beginning and end of Bosnia war. And she decided to write her memories about this war in cooperation with her German friend, Karin Costrer when she went to Germany.
Vojdani further continued: “The Book “Home Land Is Not a Land”? had been published few months ago. This book has been published for the age range of teenagers. Now, the second edition of the book has been presented in new form and appearance.”?
It should be mentioned that the Book “Home Land Is Not a Land”? had been also published by “Soureh Mehr”? Publication few months ago. This book has been written in 18 chapters by Karin Costrer and Edita De Galige. And Ms Sedigheh Vojdani has translated this book.
This book includes real report of life of a Bosnian family before and during the Bosnia war. This family lived in former Yugoslavia. This book has been written aiming at propagating peace and reconciliation.
