He Jogged to Keep Satan Away
(By. Ex. POW Pilot General Akbar Sayed Burani)
While we were studying in the U.S, something was published in the base weekly bulletin which caused much interest. The story was this, "Cadet Babaee was jogging at one AM to keep Satan away." We were roommates, so I asked him what the matter was. He said, "A few nights ago, I was sleepless. I went jogging in the base stadium.
Accidentally Col1. Baxter, the base commander and his wife were returning home from a party. They were surprised on seeing me jogging at that time of night. The colonel stopped the car and called me, I went towards him. He wanted to know what made me jog at this time of the night?".
I told him I felt sleepless, so I decided to jog and get tired. He insisted on my telling him the truth. I told him that Satan tempts me into committing sins. In order to get rid of Satan's temptations, I usually take cold showers or run to get tired. On hearing my answer, they laughed for a few minutes because with their mentality towards sex, they could not understand my behavior.
