The number of these tourists exceeds 10000 people as these operation zones seem to exceedingly attract the attention of foreign tourists to the Province of Khuzestan. Some of these tourists are foreign nationals working or studying in Iran. Most of these visits have taken place in the framework of the dispatch of Rahian Noor Caravans. The tomb of anonymous martyrs in Shalamcheh is reportedly the most popular of these tourist attractions. The Foundation for the Preservation of Sacred Defense Relics and Promotion of its Values has recently published English travel guides to these areas. Foreign nationals from all over the world seem to have been very impressed by the valor of Iranian warriors in the 8 years of imposed war.
