Palestinian Archbishop warns of bid to destroy Syria
Navideshahed- Palestinian Greek Orthodox Archbishop of Sebastia, Atallah Hanna, has warned that there is a scheme to destroy Syria in an attempt to liquidate the Palestinian cause.
Speaking in a telephone interview with Lebanon-based al-Mayadeen TV channel on Friday, Archbishop Hanna further emphasized that targeting Syria amounts to targeting Palestine and its issue.
The high-ranking Palestinian Christian cleric also reiterated that the Palestinian people will always remain committed to the land of Palestine and will never abandon any piece of their national territory.
He then called on all Palestinians to exercise further steadfastness, unity, and commitment to their land and holy places in the face of the persisting attempts to melt away the Palestinian cause.
