The Weapon that Destroys any Invador

1- When Mehrabad Airport was bombarded, Sayyed picked a sack and he went to the southern battlefields of Iran-Iraq war. We did not have any news about him for 9 months. He returned home after 9 months as his hand was injured and he had a long and messy beard.
2- He would say: “I have not allowed myself to visit Imam Khomeini until now, because I have promised myself that as long as one Iraqi soldier is in our lands not to meet with Imam Khomeini, though I can visit him, because I can not look at Imam’s eyes when the Iraqis have occupied our lands.
3- Once we took the football bars of the city to the Zolfaghari square located 200 meter away from the enemy in order to decrease enemy’s morale and we put 300 chairs inside the square and then through an speaker we said, right now that you can not defeat us in the military battle, so lets compete in the sports field.
4- Someday at the beginning of my marriage with martyr Hashemi, we went to the market to shop something. When we were buying something, we saw the parents of Mr. Sayyed. Within a few minutes we observed a very amazing scene. Mr. Sayyed bent down and he kneeled and started kissing the feet of his father and mother. This scene was a surprise for me that I had seen it for the first time, but it would be considered as something ordinary for those persons who had seen this scene several times before that too. Mr. Sayyed with his tall and strong body and with his popularity was a humble person and he had a great humility in his life.
5- During one of the military operation, martyr Hashemi’s hand was broken from forearm and it was hanging. Despite of this hard condition, he did not leave the battlefields and when the war veterans would say that you are commander and you should go to hospital, he would not accept that. I can remember that one of the war veterans had been wounded and he had been left. Despite of the bad health condition that he had, he returned and he took that injured patient. He put the wounded soldier on his shoulders and took him. Taking that soldier under that heavy fires, missiles and rockets was really difficult. He would say that any soldiers of Imam Khomeini should be saved and none of them should be captured by the Iraqis.
6- He had initiative, for example he provided 220 empty barrels and he would put them in a few meters distances during nights and he would ask us to hit the iron or wooden bars on them and to make noises and to make some scarecrows with the white piece of clothing and each time that such actions would be done during the darkness of the night, the enemy would be frightened badly. The Iraqis would open fire by cannons and mortars, so by this method he would waste the enemy’s munitions, because they would target the place where no forces were there.
7- Sometimes when we would see that he is not there, it was clear that he had gone somewhere to help others. I did many different activities in order he takes me with himself, but he would not do that. Once I followed him and I noticed that he was getting out of the city. We went to a far distance place, and then I said what do you want to do in these deserts Sayyed? We got closer to a place that the houses had been made of tin-plates. I saw that Sayyed got off his car and wrapped a muffler around his face and he picked some meat, chicken, rice…I waited for a few minutes. I did not dare to go there, but after that I decided to do it. Because I observed that he was alone. I went to him. I saw that Mr. Sayyed frowned with those beautiful eyes and eyebrows; you did what you wanted to do. What are you doing here? I said: I have come here to help you. He said: Ok, help me you little boy. After that I said: Sayyed, why have you wrapped a muffler around your mouth? He said: I don’t want anyone to know me. I said: Ok Mr. Sayyed, I don’t think any of them have gone to the city at all.
8- At the beginning of the war, Komeil prayer would not be performed like that, but Sayyed had memorized it fully and he would sing the prayer with his beautiful voice every Thursday night inside the rifle pit. Everyone like he comes to their rifle pits on Thursday nights and to express sermons for us. Many of the war veterans from other battalions would come there in order to hear the voice of Sayyed. They would say that we have not seen anyone else to sing the Komeil prayer so beautifully like him. He had a spiritual mode. He had a spirit and morale that would influence all the war veterans.
9- He liked her Excellency Zahra (S) so much and he would always resort and join this great lady and he would say that she is the mother of all the Shiites.
10- He would say: One of my personnel was martyred exactly on the 10th day of Muharram month. The enemy was shooting bullets and missiles on the war zones by artillery so heavily. The survivors were 71 persons and one of us had been martyred. I demanded them to leave their rifle pits. We started performing prayer. At this condition the bullets of Khamseh Khamseh guns were shot towards them. The enemy scouts could see us so clearly, but I swear to God that on that day none of the war veterans was injured, by this action we proved the enemy that our main weapon is belief to God and that is enough and we can push back any occupier from our country.
