Kamal Tabrizi was born in Tabriz in 1959. Years after receiving diploma, he continued education in the course of “Civil Engineering”?. He also learned cinema privately from some professors such that he cooperated with them as director, cameraman, film script writer and even scene designer. The film “Leyli is with me”? is one of his comedy- war films. As the first comedy- war film, this film was highly welcomed by audiences at that time.
