Inflamed Atmosphere of revolution initial days, specially the intense anger of people against mercenary authorities of cruel regime of Shah and those looters who had forced them to tolerate poverty and inferiority for many years had practically made this action so difficult; for sure no one could believe that the Islamic Revolution to get victory so immediately and imperial government of Iran to be overthrown, as a result only a few people would consider management for a revolutionary country.
Martyr Beheshti was one of the few people who knew that the Islamic Revolution will win and he had provided a good environment for the global changes and although many people wanted to prevent him from doing such activity, but he did what he thought was right. Establishing Haghghani School was one of the activities that this martyr and his cooperators did before the Islamic Revolution. It is clear that accurate management will be done when some capable managers manage that. Here we can see the role of martyr Ghoddoosi. Without perceiving the Islamic Revolution victory, based on the necessities that were required in this field, he attempted to teach the talented clergies and he provided this rule that clergies must have entrance exams so that with little struggles the most benefits would be provided. He used little facilities to train and teach clergies, specially those clergies who were interested to learn; as a result he chose some people who got great positions after the Islamic Revolution victory.

Martyr Ghoddoosi even did not give up training skillful women and by establishing Hozeh Elmiyeh for women, he trained and thought women based on difficult programs. Each of these women got fantastic positions as well. Training some talented and intelligent people with accurate management is a method that some developed countries have been benefiting of during the recent decades. There are only a few cases of such managements in our contemporary history. Indeed there is no sign of this, so we can say that our revolution has faced with some serious pathos in this field. There is another admirable thing for martyr Ghoddoosi and this is having the difficult position of Public Prosecutor during those difficult days. Martyr Ghoddoosi with a great background of management and deep belief to performance of religious precepts and many sacrifices and also being with a great character such as Allameh Tabatabaei and also benefiting of Imam Khomeini academy, he was able to stand against going to extremes. He provided an Islamic balance in this field, although mental and psychological conflicts had made him tired and he asked Imam to allow him to return to his main job, but since Imam knew the abilities of this respectful man did not accept it.
Martyr Ghoddoosi who knew that Imam will be successful certainly, he stayed strong and he accepted this responsibility and he would be encouraged by martyr Beheshti as well, that is why his martyrdom caused so much sorrow for him. This deep sorrow was increased by his child’s martyrdom in a way that his friends had heard that he wishes martyrdom for himself.

Indeed Martyr Ghoddoosi is one of outstanding characters of revolution, unfortunately his management methods which are intensely needed by our cultural and social conditions have not been considered so much until now. His management methods can be used to respond many problems. Unfortunately in traditional methods only westernization is observed.

Shahed Yaran has attempted to compile different comments to know this brilliant character of the Islamic Revolution so by doing this it can have access to useful methods of religious and cultural managements; we hope that educated researches to consider this character more and more and make the society aware of his management methods.
