Mohammad Talebiyan was born in 1937 in the city of Nahavand. He passed the elementary education and basic cycle of his education in that city and after that he entered to the introductive University of Bakhtaran. He was the teacher of Ghasr Shirin schools for a few times, he provided some hidden meetings for the matter of Islamic propagandas. Then for passing the management term entered to the higher University of Tehran, but he was dismissed from university due to his revolutionary activities and fights against the regime of king, so by many attempts he was able to enter to Isfahan University again. He formed some of the educational political meetings in the mosques and after familiarity with fighters that were available in there, he was able to establish the scientific and educational hearth for Islam’s world, he benefited from the talks and speeches of martyrs Beheshti and Alameh Jafari. Talebiyan after returning to Nahavand was able to establish weekly meetings by the cooperation of some of his friends such as Farhangiyan and Bazariyan, he was able to establish the national school of Mahdiyeh which this place was special for educational points of teenagers and youngsters. Some other works that were done by this respectful person can be named as establishing a general library by the name of Mahdiyeh and creating the Islamic Meeting for religious men. Abozar group was formed at the same year of Islamic meeting. Mohammad Talebiyan while was a member of Abozar group was captured together with some of his friends and when he was staying in hospital he was sent to court and then he was condemned to 10 years of imprisonment and he was released from Prison in 1978 by the victory of Islamic Revolution. After Islamic revolution victory, he was the responsible person for Islamic revolution committee in the city of Nahavand and he was the mayor of this city for a few times. He was one of the active members of Islamic Republic Group and also he was the member of Supervision Council of Imam Khomeini Assistance Committee. When the compulsive war was started, he went to the battle field and he was martyred in the land of Iraq.
