Ezatollah Motahari Khansari (Shahi) was born in 1946 in Khansar, after accomplishing his secondary school at the age of 15 came to Tehran for continuation of his education and work, he was employed in the Tehran Market and he also used to take part in Islamic committees due to his familiarity with Imam Khomeini group. So the bloody suppression of people on June 5, 1963 by King regime caused that this man together with some of his friends to form an unknown group against the regime of king and later due to ruining the succor game of Iran and Zionist rime and firing the air offices of Israel by the name of Al, Al were famed as Al group and all the members of this groups were captured by the humble regime of king. Later he cooperated with Hezbollah Group and he selected the Organization of Mojahedin Khalgh for continuation of his fights. He performed some activities in Tehran and Esfahan and he did some other actions in the same field in Mashhad; the activity of revolutionary execution of Shaban Jafari( Dull Shaban) is one of his activities. The news of Azat Shahi death on July 29, 1972 due to a taxi explosion in Stambol crossroad caused much happiness to Savaks , because this element would be counted so dangerous for them, and Savak were not able to capture him, but this happiness was not lasted for a long time, after a few times they understood that they have made a mistake for recognition of the death body and that he is continuing his fights against the regime of King. So they managed to capture him with more forces and they were succeeded to capture him on February 24, 1972 as they had surrounded him and he was trapped. So since he wanted to escape, they shot towards him and then he was sent to hospital and by the time that he had came round, again the persecutions and questions were started on him, he tries not to answer correctly to the inspectors who are asking questions from him and this matter causes the anger of inspectors. They performed many persecutions on him such as pouring phlegm on him, pouring cigarette ash on him and burning him by lighter, also they put him in dark prisons and cells but these persecutions were not beneficial. He was sent to Palace prison on July 1972 and in that place he was persecuted by Mojahedin Khalgh. Ezat was sent to court in January 1973, so he was sentenced to Prison for 15 years in Badoy court which this demand was confirmed in revision court. So when Imam’ Khomeini’s group were intensifying and when Islamic Revolution was created and provided a victory, he was released from prison together with some other prisoners who were imprisoned in 1978. He had activation in Welfare school and then he stared his activities in the committee of Islamic revolution and at the moment he has personal job.
