Iraqi People Honored Victory of Islamic Revolution

According to the reporter of Navideshahed from Khoozestan; people of Basreh Province in Iraq honored Imam Khomeini and his Ashourayee (Related to Ashoura) companions and also the 29th anniversary of victory of Islamic Revolution by distributing large posters of Imam Khomeini photos in vast numbers. They also distributed the documentary film of “Rouhollah”? in Arabic Language which is a complete elaboration on Imam Khomeini fights with cruel regime of Shah, USA and Israel. According to this report; concurrent with celebrations of “Daheh Fajr”? days (Anniversary of victory of Islamic Revolution), beautiful posters of Hazrat Imam Khomeini with Arabic writings under them are observed in schools, Hosseiniehs (Religious places for public prayers and ceremonies), shops and even police stations and customs in border regions of Basreh Province of Iraq. It should be mentioned that a group of disabled patients who live in Denmark expressed their deep feelings to the founder of Islamic Republic of Iran and kissed his photo and put it on their eyes when entering Basreh through Iranian borders. It should be also mentioned that Khorramshahr and Basreh cities were called brothers in presence of local officials of these two cities during “Sacred Defense Week”?. “Foundation for Preservation of Monuments and Dissemination of Values of Islamic Republic of Iran”? had published beautiful posters which showed peace and brotherhood borders of Iran and Iraq along with pictures of Imam Khomeini, the Supreme Leader, great clergymen of Iraq including deceased Ayatollah Sayed Mohsen Hakim, Martyr Ayatollah Mohammad Bagher Hakim, Martyr Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Bagher Sadr, Martyr Ayatollah Sayed Sadegh Sadr and Hazrat Ayatollah Sayed Ali Sistani during “Sacred Defense Week”?. These posters were vastly distributed in south of Iraq and were highly welcomed by people in south of Iraq.
