First Memorial of Martyred Sportsmen Will Be Held
TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Cultural –Legal Deputy of State Sports Organization announced the news regarding holding the first memorial for martyred sportsmen of the country on December 3rd, 2007.
In an interview with NavideShahed; Abdol-Reza Savar announced the above news and said: “The first memorial ceremony for martyred sportsmen of the country will be held under the title of “Champion of Olympic of Love and Self Sacrifice”?. Deputies of the President, heads of State Sports Organization and heads of Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs, respected families of martyrs and state and army officials will attend this memorial ceremony.”? This ceremony will be held in Conference Hall of Hotel Olympic in Azadi Sports Complex on Monday, December 3rd at 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
