Navideshahed: The commander of the Special Mechanized and Armed Army 25 of Karbala for the Sacred Defense Era said: “One of the reasons that caused the brigade 25 of Karbala to be converted to the Army and then from Army to be changed into the special Amy 25 of Karbala was due to the sacrifices and victories which had been created by its commanders like Haj Mortaza Ghorbani and Haj Basir. For example during the military operation ‘Valfajr 8’ he had started the training of the forces two months before this operation during the cold months of autumn and winter in Bahman Shir River. He had trained the divers so well in the cold water.
He also considered paying attention to self-purification as one of the other characteristics of commander Basir and described: “Martyr Basir believed if the war veterans to believe in self-purification in different dimensions, they can stand against the enemy.
