20 Short Films with the Theme of Martyr Motahary’s Speeches Unveiled

According to Navideshahed report quoted by IRNA, unveiling ceremony of the 20 short films with the theme of martyr Mottahary’s speeches was held with presence of Ezzatollah Entezami, Ali Mottaharyi, Member of Islamic Parliament for Tehran people and son of martyr Mottahary, Mohammad Mehdi Asgar Pour, the managing director of House of Cinema and some of the artists.

Entezami at the beginning of the ceremony emphasized on continuing the urban cultural institutions and he said: “The young people who are interested in artistic activities should use this opportunity.”?

The actor of the of the film series 'thousand hands' pointed out that in the past there was no place for providing film making facilities and he added: "In the future some bright faces of these young people will be stated in cultural and artistic fields and their activities will be considered an honorary for our country as well.”?

Mohammad Mehdi Asgar Pour, the House of Cinema Managing Director at the ceremony noted: “The young generation has an important role in the formation of codified look to the category of culture and art in the country, so the facilities must be provided for the talented young people in this field as well.”?

Ali Mottahary, the member of the Islamic Parliament for Tehran people also considered the artistic forms as one of the important tools for conveying the messages and he said: "Film and cinema are the best tool for the transferring the concepts and opting this form for introduction of martyr Mottahary’s thoughts is an accurate method.”?

He emphasized on the continuation of such measures and he added: "Paying attention to the martyr Mottahary’s works in the artistic fields was a positive action that many of us have neglected this capital.”?


Recalling that transferring the beliefs and ethical concepts in the form of short films is a difficult job, Mottahary reminded: selecting the topic is one of the main problems of artists for creation of artistic works and this time it should be considered as a responsibly of Culture and Art society and the cultural and artistic institutions must support them in this field as well.
