“Ashkaneh”? to Be Reviewed

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Ebrahim Hassan-Beygi’s last novel “Ashkaneh”? will be reviewed in Tehran University on March 15th. The subject matter of the book concerns the sacred defense and it has been published by Mehr Publications.

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Ebrahim Hassan-Beygi’s last novel “Ashkaneh”? will be reviewed in Tehran University on March 15th. The subject matter of the book concerns the sacred defense and it has been published by Mehr Publications. According to the Shahed Cultural Information Base (SCIB), In “Ashkaneh”?, named after an injured war veteran’s wife, Hassan Beygi deals with the lives of many veterans who have to struggle with several complications after the war. The novel displays the interactions of an injured war veteran with the post-war society as well as his emotional relationship with his wife. The review session will take place at the Literature and Art Office of the Representative Institution of the Leader in Tehran University from 14:00 to 17:00. The author will also attend at the session. Attending the members of its writing work-shop and the authors of the books, the office holds similar review sessions every month under the supervision of Hamid Babaee. Ebrahim Hassan-Beygi was born in 1967 in the vicinity of Gorgan. He holds a Bachelors degree in Persian Literature and has previously authored other books such as “Rooted Deep”?, “Jesus’ Riddle”?, “Umbrellas”?, “Wheat Feast”?, “The Pearl of Ray”? and “Uncle Abbas”?.
