The position of the martyred physicians during the sacred defense war was too great

According to Navideshahed Base reporter General Fathian, The chairman of the Army Health Care Center, referred to the roles of the military physicians during the 8 years of enforced war and their bravery in offering their help and support in emergencies in the war and added among the physicians: during the sacred defense war, the army health care complex had the greatest role in curing and transferring the injured people. They had broken the time record of helping and evacuating the injured soldiers in the world. The physicians had vital roles in the war. The physicians and professionals of medical sciences in the army, Sepah, and Police have also had the history of great help to the injured people from the war, natural disasters such as the earthquakes of Roodbar in Guilan, Bam and other parts of the country and this shows that they are originated from the among the people and shows that they are always ready to be in the service of our home country people sincerely and whole heartedly.
He added nowadays there are many research centers in the army who are having a medicinal and military approaches, cooperation in different areas of research such as behavior sciences, biologic defense, pathology, and health care and of course they are at a great level of activity and they have been very effective in the progress and development of the country medicine.

The chairman of the Army Health Care Center said: the medical achievements of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in military medicine, aerodynamic medicine, sea medicine have been enough great that is unique and appreciable in comparison to the armed forces of the other countries.

Sardar Fathian added that the curing of the chemical materials is considered as a scientific achievement and continued: there are some classes that are held in cooperation with OPCW and the physicians from all the world will attend these classes to be taught.
He referred to the holding of the fourth scientific and applied conference on the defense and military medicine by the universities of Medical Sciences of the armed forces during the few last years and talked about the scientific position of these universities through out the country and talked about the successes and achievements of the physicians and professors of the se universities in the national and international scientific conferences and said: the active participation and the scientific efforts of the military doctors of Iran in different areas of science and research and presenting many professional and scientific articles and essays has lead them to get some very good rates and marks from outstanding world medical centers.
