Investigating the Techniques of Giving Social Aid and Giving Aid in the Islamic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs of Isfahan Province

The present research has been conducted in two parts:
1.Presenting the techniques of giving social aid
2.The methods of aid giving in the Islamic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs of Isfahan Province
The research methodology is statistical and the population of the research includes the personnel of the department of giving social aid in the Islamic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs of Isfahan Province and the shahed families. The means of research is questionnaire.
With regard to the achieved results and the analysis conducted some very suitable steps were taken and fortunately through Islamic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs of Isfahan Province to promote the position of the social aid givers; with regard to the first hypothesis, the point of view of the personnel of the social aid giving department of Islamic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs and its positive consequences, some positive measures have been taken into account.
The second hypothesis was to investigate the role of the social aid givers in promoting knowledge of the shahed families and it seems that visiting the shahed families has taken a different path to go from that of the official one; social aid giving views the issues from different perspectives and basically the social aid giver supports the receives of these aids.
