Dehqan: “Preserving spiritual ties with martyrs, key to national integrity”?

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Head of the Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans’ Affairs stressed the need to maintain spiritual ties with martyrs in order to be able to follow their path.

“I urge the students who are dependents of martyrs, veterans and prisoners of war, to be assertive of their identity and not to hide the fact they have been admitted into universities on martyrs and veterans quota. You have to prove to the society what valuable assets you are.”? said Dr. Hossein Dehqan who was addressing Top Shahed and Isaargar (dependents of martyrs and war veterans) students. “You inherit the heritage of men who have sacrificed their lives for God. You have to struggle to get out of the dark surroundings that others are trying to impose on us.”? he added. “The path of martyrs will go on for ever. Through their blood, they fueled a flame the light of which illuminated the whole world.”? Dr. Dehghan concluded.
