“Days of Resistances”?, new TV series on Khoramshahr

In 30 episodes, the series will depict the events that happened in different war-torn cities in Iran during the sacred defense period. “The leader noted in a meeting with film directors that thousands of incidents during the war could be indexed and finally turned into cinematic works. In line with this statement, we intend to comply with the leader’s wish by producing the series ‘Days of Resistance’”? Dehghani continued. “We approached Mohamad Hossein Latifi to direct this film and he has given us his word to help. So we are hoping to cooperate with him”? he added. The series will focus on Khoramshahr but will continue to cover other areas as well. Naser Dehghani also announced a project to produce an animation film on the life of martyr Babayee. “We had previously published a book titled “Tale of Commanders”? in 15 volumes. The book narrated the story of the lives of 15 army commanders in the Sacred defense; we have now increased the number of the book’s volumes to 20 and are determined to make an animation series based on one of these tales, namely the life of martyr Babayee.”? The animation work will reproduce the childhood and adolescence of martyr Babayee. The production of the animation series will finish by end August after which the program will be aired on Channel Two. “Shahed Art and Cultural institute’s new activities include the production of special TV programs on memorials of martyrs, sacrifice and martyrdom”? head of the institute announced.
