Sacred Defense to be registered as “Spiritual Heritage”?

The secretary of the War Tourism committee, the research deputy of the Iranian Cultural Heritage Organization and experts of the two organizations, attended a joint meeting to discuss different data-x-items that need to be prepared in order for Sacred Defense to be registered as Spiritual Heritage, both at a national level and with UNESCO. Experts pointed to spontaneous nature of the sacred defense. Iranians are emotionally attached to the martyrs and even to their graves, they agreed. This is a point that has to be considered in the registration of the Sacred Defense as Spiritual Heritage of the Iranian public. “We have to pay attention to all the details of the sacred defense, So that we don’t overlook any single attempt by the people. For instance, the registration of the Jame’ mosque of Khoramshahr as a symbol of public resistance will record all the details of this resistance of the people of Khoramshahr against the Ba’athi regime.”?
