TEHRAN, (SCIB) - The memoirs and wills of martyrs have be turned into poetry for concepts of sacrifice and martyrdom to have a deeper impact on the youth, Aghdas Kazemi told our reporter.

Apart from a certain few who are endorsed by the Iranian television and radio, the rest have to await their publication license from the ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance with no hope of ever obtaining it”? “As long as poetry is the monopoly of a certain few, we do not entertain any hope of our works being published. One has to open up space for new ideas, so that the poetry of this decade finds own path”? Kazemi continued. The holy defense poet considered it the responsibility of poets to communicate their experience of the eight years of holy defense to the youth. “The poets not let their financial concerns influence their poetry. Making money out of poetry is a predicament for this society”? Aghdas Kazemi concluded.
