TEHRAN, (SCIB) - Short story writing has been improving in Iran especially in the field of sacred defense literature, writer Mohammad Reza Goodarzi told (SCIB) reporter.

Short stories have a big share of this progress. ”? The works of this period are taking a more realistic touch, making the genre and the narrator of the story more plausible to its audience, according to Mohammad Reza Goodarzi. “The younger generation has to be well-read before venturing to write. A writer requires a lot of background knowledge in various fields”? he concluded.
