The “Third Exhibition of Digital Media”? Was Inaugurated

TEHRAN, (SCIB) – The “Third International Exhibition of Digital Media”? was inaugurated in presence of the Minister of “Culture and Islamic Guidance”? in the place of “Great Mosalla of Imam Khomeini”? in Tehran last evening.

According to the reporter of Navideshahed; the inaugural ceremony of the “Third International Festival and Exhibition of Digital Media”? was held in presence of the Minister of “Culture and Islamic Guidance”? in the place of “Great Mosalla”? in Tehran.
Mr Eesa Zare’-pour, General Director of “Information Technology and Digital Media Center”? of “Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance”? attended this inaugural ceremony and paid special tribute to “Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs”? for all the developed cooperation of this foundation. He said: “To be just, “Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs”? has lots of concerns in the field of developing the culture of self sacrifice and martyrdom in the cyber world.”?
General Director of “Information Technology and Digital Media Center”? of “Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance”? further referred to the agreement signed between “Martyr Foundation and Isargaran Affairs”? and this exhibition and described this cooperation as positive and useful.
In continuation of this inaugural ceremony, Minister of “Culture and Islamic Guidance”? delivered speech. And later, the attendees visited different parts of the exhibition.
The “Third International Festival and Exhibition of Digital Media”? will continue to be held for 10 days till October 10th, 2009.
In addition to the 6 main sections (Sections of the festival), the exhibition of this year has 8 side sections (The sections that are merely for exhibition) too.
The main sections of the festival this year include “Multimedia Software”? Software for Cell Phones”?, “Digital Games and Entertainments”?, “Internet Websites and Weblogs”?, “Digital Arts”? and “Technology and Innovation in Digital Media”?.
Side sections of the exhibition include sections such as “Family and Digital Media”?, “Training Sessions and Workshops”?, “Contests”?, “Digital Media in the Mirror of Art”? (The Second International Contest of Caricature of Digital Media), “Institutes That Provide Digital Media Services”?, “Provinces”?, “Digital City”?, “Moving Towards Improving the Model of Consumption”? and “International”?.
