Taskhiri: Holy Prophet’s exhibition should go international.

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - “Let’s not limit the Prophet’s exhibition to this year, we should plan to continue and internationalize it,”? suggested the Director of the Assembly for the Affinity of Islamic Sects.

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - “Let’s not limit the Prophet’s exhibition to this year, we should plan to continue and internationalize it,”? suggested the Director of the Assembly for the Affinity of Islamic Sects. According to the Shahed Cultural Information Base (SCIB), Mohammd Taskhiri added, “We need more activities at an international level than at a national one because the Muslim population is not limited to Iranians. Moreover, at the present time even non-Muslims are eager to know more about Islam”? He stressed, “One should not consider this exhibition a good ending to the year named after the Prophet, because every year on the calendar belongs to the Prophet.”? Taskhiri went on to say that the need to continue the activities initiated in the Prophet’s exhibition and said “We shouldn’t assume that we have fulfilled our responsibility only by conducting this year’s exhibition, we have merely rediscovered our commitment to the Prophet.”? He considered the exhibition of the Grand Prophet (S) a step toward the unity of religious institutions of different countries and reiterated, “Internationalization of the exhibition will result in deeper relations, unity and sympathy between Islamic countries”?. Taskhiri expressed gratitude for the effort of the organizers of the exhibition and pointed out, “The authorities should pave the way for the internationalization of the exhibition as well as attempting to improve its quality.”?
