Nasrallah: Danger of Syria’s fall doesn’t exist anymore

In an interview with the Arabic language Lebanese daily al-Safir, Nasrallah said the military option has no place in Syria any more.
He said, after three years of war, most of the countries favor a political solution to the deadly crisis in the Arab country. This, he added, would give a stronger position for the Russian government to be able to find a practical solution.
Russia has been one of the key players in the international efforts aimed at ending the extremist-marked war in Syria. Kremlin mediation averted a controversial US decision to bomb Syria over conflicting reports of a chemical attack in August 2013.
Nasrallah stressed the importance of cohesion among the resistance mass and community, saying, “We do not face a problem with our mass about our involvement in Syria, on the contrary, some of those who were hesitant have now made their choice to support us.”?
He also reiterated his comprehensive view on the so-called “Arab Spring”?, and said that he had heard years before the developments on the Arab arena debate about the division of a number of Arab countries.
Nasrallah further said, we have no problem with our followers staying in Syria, and actually, some of those who opposed getting involved, even some from the Lebanese March 14 group, now think it was a necessary move to protect Lebanon from Takfiri extremist groups.
March 14, led by Lebanese MP Saad al-Hariri, has been opposing Hezbollah presence at the Syria-Lebanon border areas, calling on the group to pull out.
However the group says its presence is needed to secure border areas, which many in Lebanon believe has proved effective, as the country has already suffered from the Syria war spillover with many Takfiri groups infiltrating Lebanon.
