Reference: Human beings according to their "idealist" nature are always searching for available objective patterns. Therefore, whenever he sees a person with "ideals", he tries to achieve the same ideals himself. However, the important matter is that what is considered ideals and who is considered a pattern. Certainly , the one who has satanic behaviors although he may be a pattern for some persons, but he will certainly lead his followers to the same backward behavior. On the other hand, the "good patterns" who have "holy life" can lead their followers to the real ideal. Deceased Dr. Mohammad Moein defines pattern and about Osveh which is the Arabic synonym of pattern defines it as leader. Holy Quran in many cases calls God' prophets as patterns and asks people to follow these patterns. For example, following cases can be referred to: Momtaheneh 4: It is good for you, the righteous ones to follow Ibrahim and his followers. Ahzab 21: Of course, there is a good pattern for you in God's prophet. The better pattern as a creed because efforts for choosing a better and higher pattern are an innate affair. These efforts can be observed all over the world. Mr. Mohsen Kalhori, the student of doctorate of Human Sources in Tehran University says in this regard: "The idea of choosing a better pattern among Arabs has created a creed in the field of scientific management. This creed which was formed in seventy decade B.C. was based on the pattern that companies and organizations instead of considering their annual function according to agreement with the previous year considered their function against their strongest rivals. This function appeared for the first time in Xerox Company at the end of seventy decade." Kalhori mentions: "according to the American center's announcement, quality of utilization "Dominance Pattern" is a plan based on being modest so that we accept the other person is a person in a field better than us. This plan is also bases on being wise so that we learn achieving and even passing the higher person." Social patterns of human beings who have succeeded in searching divine ideals lead the society towards these ideals and decreases possibility of damages which are formed in cultural attacks and satanic temptations. Houses of pattern men and women are focus of intimacy. Ms. Soudabeh Haghani, one of professors of the Scientific Center of Bentolhoda Sadr says in this regard: "The familyof which inner relations are legal and according to human ascension towards ideals changes to a base for human beings' growth and ascension to the ideals." In his opinion, in such houses the nature and rules come together so that angels spread their wings under its members to show their modesty. Necessities of being a pattern. How a person can take steps for God's slavery and take others with himself. The reply can be mentioned in speech and behavior of pure Imams and God's men. God's men always emphasize that behavior affects the addressee more than speech. "Two hundred sayings are not like half a behavior." Dr. Fariba Shaygan with regard to necessities of pattern in behavior says:" The appearance of a person is the first thing that attracts the address's attention. Ideas of social psychologist say that for affecting others, you should attract their attention. If the addressee does not pay attention, we can not transfer a message to them." Dr. Shaygan considers good morals and behavior as the second necessity of being a pattern and adds, "By acting to Islamic orders with regard to suitable morals and behavior with others like being pioneer in saying hello, asking one's situation etc. with respect and kindness, using nice phrases etc., you can affect others." He adds:" We should be modest with others and we should not showoff our privileges to them and ask reward of every step from God and not the addressee." Dr. Shaygan considers patience as the fourth necessity and clarifies:" Basically, all cultural works need lots of patience and achieving the result takes time, but we succeed in affection, this affect is constant and lasting for a long time. "He considers "discipline" and "having updated information" and "emphasis on general criteria and avoiding trivial" as another necessity. Responsibility of being a pattern, in society, some persons are paid attention to by others and sometimes even involuntarily become others' pattern. However, only achieving social status and position is not the end of the road because such persons have multiple responsibilities against their own society. Especially, wives and children of martyrs, generous ones and devotees that due to God's special attention are paid attention to by others and have multiple responsibility. Ms. Farahnaz Salehifard, another professor of Scientific Center of Bentolhoda Khedr says about responsibility of pattern ones:" Every one in his status can be an efficient pattern for others and consequently this case can find a suitable arrangement when patterns are aware of their serious responsibility." He clarifies that patterns can do their responsibility correctly when they pay attention to their heavy duties because what they do is acceptable and some follow them. Therefore, acceptable pattern behaviors either in positive or in negative direction become constant behavior and lasting traditions and are imitated constantly." Ms. Salehifard mentions:" Result of good and bad consequences are increasing and this case makes the patterns responsibility heavier." As mentioned before, every one in a view can be a pattern and leader and follower for those around him. In Islam creed, the suitable patterns are holy and divine prophets who are pioneers in God's slavery. It should be mentioned that human beings' wish for utilizing patterns is not restricted to a creed. In western creeds especially in scientific management of "dominance pattern" is paid attention to during three decades. Existence of suitable patterns in a society directs people and reinforces nucleus of family and society. Patterns of the society should emphasize more on their good behavior, be kind facing with others, behave well and be modest and be aware of their serious social responsibility because their positive or negative tendency affects others.
