“Shahed Publication”? Released the Book “Thirsty Palm Trees on Sides of Sirab”? for the Second Time

TEHRAN, (SCIB) - The story book of “Thirsty Palm Trees on Sides of Sirab”? written by Samira Aslan-pour was released by “Shahed Publication”? for the second time. this book is the story of life of the Woman Martyr, Fatemeh Neek.

According to the reporter of Navideshahed; Aslan-pour has written in a part of her introductory as follows: “Fatemeh Neek (Darvishi) was born in Hormozgan in 1921. She was martyred on July 26th, 1987. She was martyred by the police of Saudi Government when she was on a pilgrimage to Mecca. It was a bloody hajj in which she hurried to meet God. She had spent most of her life in Hormoz. As she wished, she was buried in Behesht Zahra Martyrs’ Cemetery in Hormoz. She was buried on the glorious beach of Hormoz that always looks at the boundless Oman Sea and the Always Persian Gulf. In that cemetery, eight members of her family are buried. The beach has surrounded them like a gem….”?
This introductory has been written under the title of “Brave Residents of Hormoz”?.

At the beginning of Chapter 1 of this book which is written under the title of “Green to Blue of the Sea Palm Groves”? we read as follows: “Palm trees in “Minab”? did not want any shadows on their heads anymore; as the father was not anymore. Mother suddenly felt the heaviness of all palm trees on her chest; the palm trees of “Nakhl Ebrahimi”? Village that were full of dates at that time. My bereaved mother had to tolerate the heaviness of responsibility of taking care of four little children. It was intolerable when she thought about us as children who were reaching to the top points of our lives. And ….”?
The second chapter of this book has been written under the title of “Star of Minab”?. In parts of Chapter 2, Aslan-pour has written as follows: “The hot season was coming and Fatemeh was worried. She had to depart for Minab in a near future. And she did not know whether she could bear a journey with boat or not. She had to have a sea journey from Hormoz to Tiab Port in order to go to Minab.”?
As for the title of other chapters of the book, we can refer to “Shower of Stones in the Island”?, “Under the Look of the Moon”?, “A Message on the Way”?, “Hanabandan Nights”? (Hanabandan is said to the night before a wedding celebration), “The Last Picture”?, “Pilgrim”?, “Passenger”?, “A Bosom for Crying”? and “Under the Shadow of Lotus”?.
“Shahed Publication”? released this book for the first time in 2006.
The Book “Thirsty Palm Trees on Sides of Sirab”? has been published by “Shahed Publication”? in 178 pages, with the circulation of 3,000 copies and with the price of 17,000 Rials.
It should be mentioned that “Shahed Publication”? has been the selected publisher in sacred defense fields during the years 1385 to 1387 (2006 to 2008).
