Abstract : The present research is aimed at investigating effective factors on the on satisfaction of the staffs of the Islamic Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs of Sistan and Balouchaestan Province with their jobs. The research methodology is descriptive and the research community includes the staffs of the Islamic Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs of Sistan and Balouchaestan Province, the number of whom is 102 persons; the researcher has chosen 70 persons at random. In order to gather information questionnaire was used. The statistical methods used are descriptive statistics and deductive statistics of X² test. The results indicate that: 1.The working environment of the Islamic Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs has been successful on the contentment of the staffs. 2.Most of the personnel have considered their satisfaction of their emotional and psychological needs at a medium. A low percentage of the personnel have thought that their psychological and emotional needs are highly or slightly. 3.The personnel think that the Islamic Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs did not satisfy their economical needs and there are some of them who are satisfied with the economical bonuses.
