Abstract : There are few sources about activities and performances of the Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs and it is clear that conducting research on the public institutes and organization and Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs. In the above mentioned theses issues such as the position of the Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs according law and lawful investigation of it and all its affiliated departments and organizations have been discussed. In addition the laws and regulation about this organization and relevant problems were discussed. The research methodology is library study. The researcher has prepared this thesis in 5 chapters: 1.Chapter 1 discusses generalities such as: definitions, nature and history. 2.Chapter 2 discusses the regulations about the non _ governmental public organizations. 3.Chapter three criticizes, analyzes and synthesizes the rules of the article of the association of the Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs; its weak and strong points. 4.In chapter four the passed laws about the ways that the Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs works are surveyed. 5.The position of the Republic Foundation of Martyrs and Veteran’s Affairs according to laws and its duties are discussed; here the laws on which the affiliated organizations work are discussed too.
