They made him guilty to death, and they were waiting of only an admission from him or introducing some of his friends. But Hossein made that wish stays for ever for them and he never gave any admission of having any weapon or introducing any of his friends to them and under tortures, he was demanding help by saying Imam Ali's name and said:" you have got me wrong. "
At the end the January 1979 all political prisoners, including Hossein, were back with honor to their people.
