When Mahmoud was 9 years of age, lost his father, but he did not become disappointed, he could hear the message of his father from the blue sky, he chose the mobilization and fighting way, he went to the city of Sarvarn and he accomplished his secondary education in there. He was accepted to enter university in the Medical field and by many attempts that he performed he was able to receive doctorate degree. He continued the way of his father as his father’s objective was serving to public and people and at the moment is serving in one of the hospitals in Chabahar, so his services would be to the deprived and poor people who are living in that area and these services can be counted something important in the academy of Isar, as he is serving in the highest deprived in the civil and rural areas which are set in a un reasonable place geographically.
